Saudi Armed Forces, Quality Corps
Delivered in 2 weeks what was scoped for 2 years. The Quality Corps of the Saudi Armed Forces, off paper.

The challenge
An entire branch of the Saudi Armed Forces ran quality assurance on paper. Thousands of distinct forms, inspections, audits, compliance checklists, training records, non-conformance reports, each with its own fields, approval logic, and chain of command. The conventional path was to digitize each form one at a time. The scope estimate was two years. The corps could not wait two years.
What we built
A single form engine, not thousands of forms
Instead of building thousands of forms, we built one engine. Each form is defined as a Python object, serialized, and rendered dynamically by the engine. New forms are added without writing new code. The engine handles thousands of forms with one codebase.
Multi-field approval cycle engine
Approval chains in the military are not linear. Different fields on the same form route to different approvers. Conditional logic depends on rank, department, form type, and field values. The engine models all of it as configuration, not code.
Role-based access control by rank
The chain of command, enforced in software. Every action gated by rank and role. Officers see what their role permits. Senior officers see across their commands. Nothing leaks outside the hierarchy.
Objectives and goals platform
A second module for tracking departmental objectives, readiness goals, and performance indicators. Command-level visibility into where every unit stands against its targets, updated continuously.
Audit trail, signing identity, defensible logs
Every form, every signature, every approval, every state change logged with timestamp and identity. Designed for defensible audit, immutable history, and command oversight.

Outcome
The Quality Corps moved off paper in 2 weeks. The form engine architecture means every new form, every new approval cycle, every new objective is configuration, not new development. The platform scales with the organization without scaling its engineering cost. What was scoped as a 2-year program ships as a 2-week deployment, and continues to expand without us.
